18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective surgery; 2.Patients who require arterial puncture and catheterization; 3.18-70 years old; 4.ASA score I-III; 5.The guardian of the patients voluntarily participate in this project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The intended puncture site has a history of surgery; 2.Patients who have undergone arterial puncture and catheterization; 3.Hematoma or infection or trauma at the intended puncture site; 4.Hypotension, shock, or cardiac arrhythmia; 5.Coagulation abnormalities (INR>2 and/or platelet count <50×10^9); 6.Modified Allen ´s Test positive.
