Interventions

Dexmedetomidine combined with nalbuphine group:After thyroidectomy, administer 0.2mg/kg nalbuphine (5ml) intravenously and 0.4ug/kg dexmedetomidine (10ml) by pump for 10 minutes
Dexmedetomidine group:After thyroidectomy, administer 5ml of physiological saline intravenously and 0.4ug/kg dexmedetomidine (10ml) by pump for 10 minutes
Saline group:After thyroidectomy, administer 5ml of physiological saline intravenously and 10ml of physiological saline by pump for 10 minutes

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Selective thyroidectomy; 2. ASA classification levels I-II; 3. Age range: 18-65 years old; 4. BMI<28 kg/m^2; 5. No contraindications for surgical anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 2. Abnormal coagulation function or liver and kidney function; 3. Individuals who are allergic to the experimental drug; 4. Patients who cough due to the primary disease before surgery; 5. Sinus bradycardia or atrioventricular block; 6. Recent history of severe upper respiratory infections; 7. Long term use of psychotropic drugs and drug addicts.
