Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Inclusion criteria of cognitively normal group: age 60-75 years old, gender unlimited, 1) no chief complaint of cognitive decline; 2) Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale >26 points; 3) Simple mental state test scale: illiterate >17 points, primary school >20 points, junior high school and above >24 points; 4) All cognitive domains are within the normal range or the score of only one cognitive domain decreases; 5) Daily living ability was not impaired, daily living ability scale <16 points. (2) Inclusion criteria for mild cognitive impairment: age 60-75 years old, gender unlimited, 1) meet the 2011 National Institute on Aging and Alzheimer's Association (NIA-AAA) diagnostic criteria for mild cognitive impairment; 2) The course of the disease is more than 3 months; Or 3) the education level is junior high school or above; 4) Clinical dementia rating Scale <15.5 points, Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale 18-26 points; 5) Hachinski Ischemia Scale score <4; 6) Daily living ability scale <22 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) other neurological diseases that can lead to cognitive decline (such as Parkinson's disease, vascular dementia, etc.); 2) meet the psychiatric diagnosis of diseases such as major depression and other mental diseases; 3) History of alcohol and drug abuse; 4) Visual and auditory impairment; 5) Received cognitive training and repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy in the past six months; 6) There are other conditions that can not cooperate with or repeat the contraindications of transcranial magnetic stimulation.
