Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 45 and 75 years old, regardless of gender. 2.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis. 3.With a Kellgren - Lawrence (K - L) grade of II to III. 4.Having a history of non - steroidal anti - inflammatory drug treatment within the past 4 weeks, but without a history of hormone treatment. 5.Patients willing to accept randomized treatment. 6.Patients with stable vital signs, who can cooperate well with the training and are willing to sign the informed consent form of this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who have received intra - articular injection within the past six months. 2.who have participated in other trials before enrollment or have previously participated in relevant drug trials. 3.with a history of knee ligament injury. 4.Any condition that, in the opinion of the researcher, may harm the subject or prevent the subject from meeting or carrying out the study requirements.
