Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18; 2. First-time unilateral knee arthroscopy; 3. Capable of effective verbal communication; 4. Voluntary participation with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with critical illness or concomitant other serious physical diseases; 2. Patients with a history of mental illness or cognitive impairment.
