Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.>18 years old; 2.Meet the diagnosis and treatment standards of Crohn's disease patients, and refer to the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Crohn's Disease in China (2023 · Guangzhou). 3.Use VDZ for the first time; 4.Patients with baseline 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels recorded (before first VDZ treatment);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.<18 years old; 2.Pregnancy; 3.A history of vitamin D use within 3 months prior to treatment with vitolizumab; 4.A history of thyroid disease; 5.Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 6.Patients with gastrointestinal surgery unrelated to IBD; 7.Patients treated with a second biologic agent during treatment 8.Patients with intestinal Behcet disease and intestinal tuberculosis can not be distinguished;
