Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Both the healthy control group and the ischemic stroke group were recruited during the diagnosis and treatment Healthy control group inclusion criteria: (1) Han nationality; (2) Be over 18 years old; (3) The person or his/her legal representative signs an informed consent form. Ischemic stroke group inclusion criteria: (1) Han nationality, the patient is over 18 years old; (2) Diagnosed with ischemic stroke; (3) The person or his/her legal representative signs an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for Healthy Controls Group: (1) History of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (2) Surgery within the past 3 months; (3) Previous history of bleeding disorders; (4) malignant tumors; (5) infectious diseases; (6) Pregnant and lactating women. Exclusion Criteria for Ischemic Stroke Group: (1) Recurrent episodes or strokes lasting more than 24 hours; (2) TIA and cerebral hemorrhage; (3) Severe heart, lung or kidney damage; (4) malignant tumors; (5) Surgery in the past 3 months and history of bleeding disorders; (6) infectious diseases; (7) Pregnant and lactating women.
