Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 A history of at least one severe ankle sprain, and repeated symptoms of instability or pain, swelling, or weakness after intervention; 2 After the first sprain, at least two recurrent sprains, pain or swelling for at least 2 days; 3 In daily life or in sports activities, ankle joint instability, weakness; 4 CAIT<24; 5 Can complete the whole experiment according to the experimental requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 A history of other lower extremity injuries, lower extremity surgery, balance disorders, neuropathy, diabetes, or other diseases known to affect balance in the previous 6 weeks; 2 At the same time, there are other rehabilitation training; 3 Can not cooperate to complete the experiment.
