Test group (Group N):A multimodal preanalgesic strategy of nalbuphine preadministration combined with bilateral TAPB before skin incision
Control group(Group D):A multimodal preanalgesic strategy of bilateral TAPB was administered before skin resection

65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA<=Class III.; (2) Age 65~85 years old; (3) subjects who intend to undergo elective laparoscopic colorectal surgery; (4) The patient voluntarily participates in this pilot study and agrees to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with cardiovascular, liver, kidney, brain, lung and other serious diseases; 2) Patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage or intestinal obstruction in urgent need of surgical treatment; 3) Tumor diameter is too large, laparoscopic surgery is difficult; 4) Local infection of TAPB puncture site.
