Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Teaching experience >= 2 years.; 2.Has a good teaching performance, teaching evaluation to achieve good and above; 3.Have good mental health, no serious mental illness or emotional problems; 4.Have good language expression ability, can clearly and accurately express their thoughts and feelings; 5.Ideological and political elements have been integrated into clinical teaching practice. 6.Informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Eachers who have recently left or plan to leave; 2.Refusing to participate in this study or quitting the researcher.
