20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Unilateral goiter with indications for surgery or a strong desire for surgery; 2.Thyroid nodule diameter < 2.0cm, ultrasound indicated TI-RADS classification 4a or above, malignant tumors were considered or FNA molecular cytology indicated malignant tumors requiring surgical treatment; 3.Patients with clinically negative lymph nodes or lymph node metastases to pretracheal, paratracheal, and prelarynx; 4.Sign the informed consent and participate in the study voluntarily;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous history of neck surgery, neck irradiation history; 2.Patients with coagulation dysfunction, severe cardiopulmonary function or liver and kidney dysfunction and other surgical contraindications; 3.Bilateral malignant lesions or preoperative color ultrasound or CT suggested that lateral cervical lymph node metastasis should be dissected; 4.Patients with incomplete clinical data and poor compliance during hospitalization or follow-up;
