Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Asymptomatic scapular dyskinesia (no symptoms such as shoulder or neck pain, and in the assessment of scapular dyskinesia (1) the difference in the distance from the inferior angle of the scapula to the adjacent spinous processes at 0°, 45°, and 90° of shoulder abduction is more than 1.5 cm on either side; and (2) the medial angle of the scapula protrudes to the lateral side or the scapula is prematurely overmoved during three shoulder flexion and abduction maneuvers and return to the initial position under weight bearing. ); b) Age 18-30 years old. c) National boxing athletes at level 2 or above; and d) Training time of more than 3 years, more than 4 times per week. e) . Subjects were conscious and without cognitive impairment; f) Positive scapular power abnormality test and lateral scapular shift test;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) a history of scapular girdle fracture; and b) a history of shoulder joint fracture c) History of shoulder and neck muscle weakness, tumors, etc.; and d) have shoulder dislocation, scoliosis, congenital hunchback, and shoulder-neck spinal deformity; and e) Severe limitation of shoulder joint movement. f) Severe acute phase rotator cuff injury. g) Negative or positive diagnosis of scapular dynamic abnormality with shoulder pain or other shoulder injuries (rotator cuff injury, subacromial impingement syndrome, anterior and posterior glenoid labral tears of the shoulder, multi-directional instability of the shoulder, acromioclavicular joint dislocation, etc.) in the last week;
