Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults who meet the ADHD symptoms criteria through the Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS) were screened, and none had other mental disorders or had taken stimulant medications such as Ritalin in the past six months. Additionally, participants included in the experimental study must meet the following criteria: right-handed, no color blindness or visual impairments, no history of head trauma, no diseases that prohibit participation in physical activities (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, PAR-Q). Participants must refrain from smoking, alcohol, coffee, staying up late, and vigorous exercise the day before the experiment, and they should not have participated in similar experiments previously.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with mood disorders, mental disorders, substance use disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), etc.
