Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Observation group: 1) age >= 18 years; 2) hospital stay > 48 hours; 3) VTE diagnosed 48 hours after admission (in accordance with the 2018 version of the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis, Treatment and Prevention of Pulmonary Thromboembolism" VTE diagnosis-related imaging examination standards): PTE diagnosis examinations include computed tomography pulmonary angiography, radionuclide pulmonary ventilation/perfusion imaging, magnetic resonance pulmonary angiography, pulmonary angiography, etc. DVT diagnosis imaging examinations include pressurized venous ultrasound, computed tomography venography, radionuclide venous imaging, venography, etc. 4) Medical records, clinical data, blood routine and other laboratory examination data are complete. 2.Control group: 1) Age = 18 years old; 2) Hospitalization time > 48 hours; 3) No VTE was diagnosed during hospitalization; 4) Complete medical records, clinical data, blood routine and other laboratory tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Age <18 years, hospitalization time <48 hours; 2) Patients diagnosed with VTE within 48 hours of admission; 3) patients diagnosed with VTE 48 hours after admission but with significant VTE symptoms and signs at admission; 4) Those who have not undergone routine blood tests, six coagulation tests, coagulation and platelet function analysis, thromboelastography and other tests, or whose clinical data are incomplete; 5) Patients with chronic VTE, arterial thrombosis, and deep vein thrombosis other than lower extremities; 6) Pregnant or postpartum women.
