18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range: 18-70 years old; The patient was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (TNM stage: I-IVA stage: T1-T3, N0-N3, M0) through pathological biopsy, and had received radiotherapy with local recurrence, requiring endoscopic repair of the nasal septum mucosal flap; The patient understands the purpose and procedure of the trial and voluntarily signs an informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient has known allergic reactions or contraindications to hyaluronic acid; The patient has surgical contraindications; Long term oral administration of glucocorticoids by patients; The patient is receiving immunosuppressive therapy or is known to have immunosuppressive or autoimmune diseases; The patient has other factors that researchers consider unsuitable for inclusion.
