Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Gestational diabetes mellitus: 75g oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) was performed for the first time at 24-28 weeks of pregnancy and after 28 weeks, and any of the following criteria were met: 5.1mmol/L=10.0mmol/L; or 8.5 mmol/L=7.0mmol/L; 75g oral glucose tolerance test, 2-hour blood glucose >=11.1 mmol/L; with typical symptoms of hyperglycemia or hyperglycemic crisis with arbitrary blood glucose >=11.1 mmol/L; glycosylated hemoglobin >=6.5%; (3) Healthy mothers: no abnormalities in the above blood glucose-related indicators.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other autoimmune diseases; 2. Abnormal blood count, liver enzymes (ALT> 2 times normal) and coagulation function, moderate and severe renal impairment (serum creatinine > 2mg/dL or 177mmol/L); 3. Current or pre-existing HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C infection; 4. Laboratory or clinical evidence suggests the presence of serious infection; 5. Suffering from mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction; 6. Participated in a clinical trial within 6 weeks that may affect the disease or immune status; 7. Other factors that may affect the experiment.
