Venous blood is from volunteers, undergraduate or graduate healthy population, no systemic history, no medication history Gingiva derived from crown lengthening patients without systemic disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria of isolated teeth: scaling and root planing in recent half a year; incomplete root surface, caries, cracks, vertical root fracture and root resorption. Venous and gingival sources Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic history
