Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: (1) School - aged children in rural areas. 2()Informed consent obtained from parents or guardians. (3)Possess basic independent reading, writing, and communication skills. (4)Be willing and able to participate in the long - term intervention experiment. (5)Have not participated in similar intervention experiments on dietary behaviors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: (1) Patients with underlying diseases or other potential illnesses. (2) Individuals with developmental delays, substance abuse problems, or severe mental disorders. (3) Those who require special dietary control due to certain reasons. (4) Other situations that researchers consider unsuitable for participation.
