Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study intends to recruit subjects from school-age children in four primary schools in YS County, L City, Shandong Province. The trial recruited schools through local government recommendation and active contact with schools. After obtaining the consent of relevant school managers, the students were explained the purpose of the study, the intervention plan and other basic information, and informed consent forms were issued. With the consent of school-age children, the intervention study was carried out.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of this study are: (1) students in the fourth grade of primary school and above; (2) with normal language communication ability; (3) with basic independent reading and writing ability; (4) informed consent of school-age children and their guardians. The exclusion criteria of this study are: (1) with developmental delay, substance abuse, severe mental disorder symptoms; (2) with suicidal and self-harm tendencies or other extreme behaviors; (3) receiving diet or water-related intervention or treatment programs; (4) other situations that the researchers consider inappropriate for participation.
