Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Open anterior chamber angle; (2) Phakic eyes; (3) Clinically diagnosed as open-angle glaucoma, including primary open-angle glaucoma, Fuchs' syndrome, and iris bombe syndrome, with intraocular pressure (IOP) difficult to control with medication; (4) Patients who received standardized use of mitomycin C (MMC) during surgery; (5) When both eyes meet the inclusion criteria, only the first treated eye is included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Shallow anterior chamber or angle-closure; (2) Pseudophakic eyes; (3) Previous conjunctival-based drainage surgery; (4) Secondary glaucoma due to other ocular diseases, such as uveitis, trauma, post-vitrectomy or retinal surgery, Fuchs' syndrome, etc.; (5) Patients unable to cooperate for 3D AS-OCT examination postoperatively; (6) Postoperative cases with low IOP causing a shallow anterior chamber, or cases with IOP unmanageable by maximum-dose IOP-lowering eye drops, requiring additional anti-metabolite injections or surgical intervention.
