Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18-75 years; Preoperative diagnosis of adhesive small bowel obstruction confirmed by medical history and imaging; Physical status of class III or better as defined by the American Society of Anesthesiologists; Non-acute phase of adhesive small bowel obstruction, with adhesiolysis as the main surgical approach; Voluntary participation in the study and signing of the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients requiring concurrent surgeries; 2. Patients who develop complications during or after surgery requiring intensive care; 3. Patients who have undergone acupuncture or moxibustion treatment within the past month; 4. Patients with a cardiac pacemaker; 5. Patients who had abdominal surgery less than six months ago; 6. Patients with local skin infections at the selected acupuncture points.
