Age
18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed invasive breast cancer by needle biopsy; 2. Female, aged >=18 years; 3. Postmenopausal; 4. Performance status: ECOG score of 0-2; 5. Estrogen receptor (ER) positive; 6. Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2) negative; 7. Clinical stage II or III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently using other investigational drugs; 2. Inflammatory breast cancer; 3. Underwent breast cancer excisional biopsy; 4. Underwent axillary staging surgery before the start of the study; 5. Received any type of hormone replacement therapy within 4 weeks prior to the start of the study, such as megestrol acetate or raloxifene, etc.; 6. Clinical or radiological evidence of metastatic disease.
