Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 18 and 23 years, with no previous medical history, no poor dietary habits, no smoking or alcohol consumption, and no instances of insomnia or staying up late. (2) Healthy young individuals with a BMI between 19.5 kg/m² and 23.9 kg/m² (BMI = weight (kg) / height² (m)). (3) Volunteers who comply with the requirements during the trial period. (4) Volunteers who have signed a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Volunteers with endocrine disorders such as hypothyroidism. (2) Volunteers with cardiovascular diseases, including heart failure, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, and stroke. (3) Volunteers with hypertension, defined as systolic blood pressure (SBP) > 145 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) > 95 mmHg. (4) Volunteers with severe renal or hepatic impairment (serum creatinine [SCr] > 2.0 mg/dL or alanine aminotransferase [ALT], aspartate aminotransferase [AST], and alkaline phosphatase [ALP] levels exceeding 2.5 times the upper limit of normal for individuals with healthy kidney and liver function). (5) Volunteers with a history of weight-loss surgeries, such as bariatric surgery. (6) Volunteers with a history or current diagnosis of eating disorders, such as anorexia nervosa or bulimia nervosa. (7) Volunteers who have experienced a weight loss of more than 5% in the past six months. (8) Volunteers who have decided to quit smoking or have irregular smoking habits within the past three months. (9) Volunteers with cholelithiasis (gallstones). (10) Volunteers receiving treatment with controlled substances, including antidepressants, antiserotonergics, barbiturates, antipsychotics, and central nervous system stimulants. (11) Volunteers who have taken any medications in the past three months that may affect drug absorption, metabolism, excretion, or body weight; these include appetite suppressants, laxatives, oral steroids, thyroid hormones, amphetamines, cyproheptadine, and phenothiazines. (12) Volunteers who are currently pregnant. (13) Volunteers who have participated in any clinical trials within the past month. (14) Volunteers deemed unable to comply with the instructions of the clinical trial investigators.
