Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. B-ultrasound and TcMIBI examination of at least one hyperplastic parathyroid adenoma; 2. Patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism who have been on maintenance hemodialysis 3 times a week for at least 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of osteolytic malignancy within the past 5 years; 2. Being treated with thiazide diuretics or lithium; 3. Lack of baseline data or refusal to participate in follow-up.
