18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged >=18 years but =18.5 but <24 kg/m^2; 4.Planning elective bimaxillary orthognathic surgery; 5.Requiring an analgesic pump after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating patients; 2.History of alcoholism, opioid or other drug abuse; 3.Taking cytochrome CYP2D6 inhibitors such as paroxetine and fluoxetine before surgery; 4.Vomiting or retching within 24 hours before surgery; 5.Participating in other clinical studies within 3 months before enrollment.
