22 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Roman IV pelvic floor achalasia constipation; 2. First-time mothers aged 22-40; 3. Vaginal delivery; 4. No delivery methods such as forceps are used.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of anorectal diseases and pelvic floor surgery; 2. People with neurological disorders who are unable to communicate; 3. Those who have used laxatives in the past two weeks; 4. There are complications of pregnancy and childbirth; 5. Patients with organic diseases.
