Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients:Patients with breast cancer:Be over 18 years of age; Those who had been diagnosed with breast cancer; Demoralization syndrome Scale score =9; He had no communication disorder or language disorder and could complete the questionnaire independently. Family caregivers:Family caregivers were the main caregivers of patients, accompanying patients to receive treatment and giving main care to patients, voluntary and unpaid care, with the most care hours; Age>18 years old, and =65 years old; Good communication skills and behavioral skills; Participate voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients: Patients with breast cancer:Refusal of participants;Severe mental illness, cognitive impairment, and taking psychotropic drugs. Family caregivers: patients refused to participate, and those who died; People with cognitive impairment, severe mental illness, deaf-mute or difficulty in talking.
