Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergraduate nursing students who are currently doing their clinical rotations at the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College. 2. Students who have completed all the required courses and passed the examinations before starting their internship. 3. Students who have successfully passed the departmental assessments from the start of their rotations up to the oncology department.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Students with a history of psychiatric disorders or mental illnesses. 2. Students who have failed or needed to retake any of the required course exams. 3. Students who have failed the attendance assessments from the start of their rotations up to the oncology department. 4. Students who have failed the departmental exit exams from the start of their rotations up to the oncology department. 5. Students assigned to the "Internet-Assisted Study Group" who have records of using a large language model during the study period. 6. Students who are absent from the theoretical and practical assessments before the end of the study. 7. Participants in the "ChatGPT-Assisted Study Group" who input the assessment questions directly into the large language model.
