Preoperative Separation Anxiety in Children

Interventions

Group A ( 1 year old, 2 years old, 3, 4 years old, 5 years old, <= 7 years old):Intravenous injection esketamine

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Children aged 0-7 years who underwent elective short surgery under general anesthesia; (2) ASA grading I-II; (3) Establish intravenous access before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) mYPAS-SF score< 30 points; (2) Children with cognitive or developmental disabilities and psychiatric disorders; (3) Combined neurological, cardiovascular, or respiratory diseases; (4) Receiving any analgesic or sedative medication 24 hours before surgery; (5) Those who are allergic to esketamine; (6) Difficult airway.
