Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 and PS score 0-2; 2. Histologically confirmed lung cancer (adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, small cell carcinoma) and no previous immune checkpoint inhibitor treatment; 3. At least one measurable lesion based on RECIST 1.1 efficacy evaluation criteria for solid tumors; 4. Perform chest CT imaging evaluation regularly, and complete abdominal CT (or B-ultrasound of abdomen and both kidneys and adrenal gland), cranial enhanced MRI, bone ECT, PET-CT, etc., when necessary; 5. Signed informed consent; 6. Subjects take peripheral blood voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. with other malignant tumor other than lung cancer; 2. Patients with active autoimmune diseases cannot be treated with ICIs; 3. The patient used two or more ICI during the treatment; 4. Patients with poor treatment compliance and incomplete medical records cannot be evaluated; 5. Patients considered unsuitable for participation in this trial
