15 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with hematologic malignancy by histopathology or cytology; 2. Completed hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and met the clinical criteria for implantation; 3. Ages 15 to 59 years old; 4. Within 3 months < time to transplantation < 24 months;5. Survivors are aware of their condition, give informed consent and voluntarily participate in the survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) Expected survival <6 months; (ii) History of severe mental illness or combination of other tumors; (iii) Inability to complete the questionnaire due to dyslexia, cognitive dysfunction, etc.; (iv) Post-transplantation relapse or second transplantation.
