18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years old, first time onset; 2. confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; 3. within 2 weeks-6 months; 4. unilateral stroke, motor dysfunction of lower limb on hemiplegic side; 5. Brunnstrom's staging of lower limb on hemiplegic side >= 3; 6. stable vital signs, clear consciousness, no auditory or visual disturbances, cooperation and good adherence to treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: those who wear pacemakers or have metal implants in the skull; 2: those who have cranial defects; 3: those who have a history of epilepsy and a family history of epilepsy; 4:those who have progressive strokes or a history of multiple seizures; 5: those who suffer from severe consciousness disorders, auditory-comprehension and cognitive dysfunctions, memory loss, severe loss of use, aphasia, and severe dementia and other effects of the expression of; 6:those who suffer from disorders of the affected side of the lower limb dysfunction before the onset of the disease caused by other factors, such as congenital lower dysfunction, patients with joint contracture, trauma, etc. 7: accompanied by acute heart failure, respiratory failure, renal insufficiency or other serious diseases, or other neurological or musculoskeletal disorders, which affects the functional recovery.
