Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Women with first IVF-ET treatments; 2.Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (Rotterdam Diagnostic Criteria); 3.Underwent an OGTT (Oral Glucose Tolerance Test). 4.There are follow-up outcomes;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Abnormal thyroid, liver, and kidney function; 2.Use of hypoglycemic agents. 3.History of malignant tumors and history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. 4.Chromosomal and genetic abnormalities. 5.PGT; 6.Severe oligospermia, asthenospermia, and teratospermia in males.
