Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatient patients older than 18 years old, including repeated hospitalisation patients, based on the first hospitalisation medical record data; 2. Inpatient patients meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2013 ESC guidelines for myocarditis; 3. Patients with at least 2 of the following manifestations in the 2 weeks prior to admission: fever, chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, diarrhoea, etc.; ECG manifestations of abnormality; myocardial enzyme profiles or troponin levels are elevated.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent malignant tumour or other acute critical diseases; 2. Presence of congenital heart disease, primary cardiomyopathy; 3. Suffering from serious diseases such as liver and kidney; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5. Incomplete clinical data; 6. Patients who have been hospitalised for less than 48h.
