Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Enrollment Criteria for VLOSLP Patients: (1) Han nationality, age 60~85 years old (including 60 years old and 85 years old), gender is not limited, right-handed; (2) The subject has completed (completed) primary school education or above, ignores and hears impairment, and has the ability to complete the cognitive ability measurement and other tests specified in the program; (3) meet the international expert consensus on VLOSLP and the diagnostic criteria for VLOSLP; (4) There was no infarct except for the basal ganglia and radial crown area on non-contrast brain MRI; (5) No serious central nervous system and peripheral somatic diseases, no contraindications to MRI; (6) Voluntarily participate in this study, and the informed consent form signed by the person and the legal guardian. 2. Normal Control Enrollment Criteria: (1) Han nationality, aged 60~85 years old (including 60 years old and 85 years old); Gender is not limited; right-handed; (2) The subject has completed (completed) primary school education or above, ignores and hears impairment, and has the ability to complete the cognitive ability measurement and other tests specified in the program; (3) diagnosis of various psychiatric disorders that do not meet DSM-5 axis 1; (4) There was no infarct except for the basal ganglia and radial crown area on non-contrast brain MRI; (5) No serious central nervous system and peripheral somatic diseases, no MRI contraindications; (6) Voluntarily participate in this study, and the informed consent form signed by the person and the legal guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Diseases that may lead to cognitive impairment, such as cerebrovascular diseases, Parkinson's disease, traumatic brain injury, and other neurological disorders; (2) Cardiovascular diseases, such as severe hypertension or arrhythmias, and metabolic diseases, such as severe diabetes or thyroid dysfunction; (3) Abnormalities in blood biochemical tests (including syphilis serology testing); (4) Use of antipsychotic drugs, antidepressants, and mood stabilizers within the last month, or electroconvulsive therapy within the last three months, or having received blood transfusion treatment within the last three months; (5) Other physical conditions, such as pregnancy, alcohol or drug abuse; (6) Contraindications for MRI examination.
