65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA classification II to IV; (2) Age >=65 years old; (3) Exemption of informed consent when enrolled in this study; (4) Patients who undergoing elective surgery; (5) Delirium was not diagnosed before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Refuse to participate in the study; (2) Combined with mental illness or neurological disease; (3) Allergic to narcotic drugs; (4) Accompanied by language disorders, dementia, coma, deafness, blindness, etc.; (5) Mini mental state examination (MMES) score < 17 points (illiterate); (6) Patients who need to be rescued under special circumstances during the operation; (7) Patients requiring ICU treatment after surgery; (8) Death or loss of life within 7 days after surgery.
