65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years; 2. Scheduled for elective surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate in this study; 2. Underwent surgery within the past 3 months; 3. Terminal illnesses (e.g., malignant tumors, severe hepatic or renal dysfunction, cerebrovascular or cardiovascular events); 4. Preoperative Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score 10 times per week) or alcohol withdrawal; 8 Peripheral vascular disease or coagulation disorders that affect blood sampling.
