Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PD patient: (1) Adult patients (aged 18 years or older); (2) Patients with suspected or newly diagnosed or previously treated Parkinson's disease; (3) Patients who are able to provide informed consent (signed by the participant, parent, or legal representative); (4) You can keep your head lying flat and still for more than 20 minutes under fixation and braking of the head rest Healthy controls: 1) Adult patients (aged 18 years or older); (2) No history of psychiatric or neurological disorders, nor a family history of such conditions; (3) Patients who are able to provide informed consent; (4) You can keep your head lying flat and still for more than 20 minutes under fixation and braking of the head rest
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant patients; (2) Patients with ethanol allergy; (3) claustrophobia; (4) Patients with a history of serious diseases and malignant tumors of heart, lung, liver, kidney, endocrine and hematologic systems; (5) Patients who are unable to lie flat and have their heads motionless for more than 20 minutes due to various reasons under fixation and immobilization such as head rest.
