Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Age 16-80 years old, gender unlimited ; ( 2 ) Patients with ureteral lesions due to low back pain, pyelonephritis and other complaints and preliminary clinical diagnosis ; ( 3 ) The diagnosis of ureteral stricture was confirmed by anterograde and / or retrograde urography, CT urography ( CTU ), renal dynamic imaging and other imaging examinations. ( 4 ) Patients who were diagnosed as iatrogenic or inflammatory ureteral stricture and required surgical treatment ; ( 5 ) Signed informed consent, volunteered to participate in the study, and willing to cooperate with follow-up and data collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) A history of recurrent pyelonephritis, cystitis glandularis and other urinary tract infections ; ( 2 ) Diabetes, rheumatoid and other diseases leading to low immunity ; ( 3 ) Minors, postmenopausal women and patients with retroperitoneal fibrosis ; ( 4 ) long-term oral immunosuppressive agents after organ transplantation ; ( 5 ) patients with congenital duplication of kidney, congenital hydronephrosis ; ( 6 ) Other serious underlying diseases or general conditions can not tolerate surgery.
