Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) By searching through our hospital's electronic medical record system, a total of 3,280 pediatric cases diagnosed with "autoimmune hepatitis, liver insufficiency, liver cirrhosis, acute icteric hepatitis, cholestatic liver disease, non-icteric hepatitis, acute liver failure, cystic fibrosis, sclerosing cholangitis, obstructive cholangitis, and elevated transaminase levels" were selected from the pediatric infectious digestive ward between January 1, 2013, and December 31, 2022. (2) From the aforementioned pool, a total of 222 patients who met any one of the conditions in "1" and any one of the conditions in "2" were included in the study:1. Evidence of liver injury: (a) Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) activity >= 2 × ULN (upper limit of normal), (b) total bilirubin (TB) >= 2 × ULN, (c) evidence of hepatomegaly or liver cirrhosis; 2.Clinical features of the patients consistent with autoimmune hepatitis (AIH): (a) significantly elevated autoimmune markers and/or total serum protein levels, (b) histological features characteristic of AIH, (c) significant response to corticosteroid therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria:Cases without blood test results, incomplete data, and those that do not meet the diagnostic criteria for autoimmune-like hepatitis.
