B groups:40 = DQ = 54 indicates moderate developmental delay, dexmedetomidine combined with midazolam
C groups:25 = DQ = 39 severe developmental delay, dexmedetomidine combined with midazolam

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Brain MRI was performed on children with autism, regardless of gender, aged 1 to 6 years,ASA?-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA > ?, nasal mucosa, oral mucosa injury; Severe respiratory infection; History of allergy to sedative and anesthetic drugs.
