Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy people: age 18-25 years old; residing in Hong Kong for more than 1 month; no obvious signs and symptoms of the disease; Good psychological condition; College students studying in Qingyuan Vocational Education City; Signed the informed consent form and was willing to provide relevant investigation data and stool specimens. 2. Anxious people: age 18-25 years old; residing in Hong Kong for more than 1 month; Self-rated anxiety scale score greater than or equal to 50 points; College students studying in Qingyuan Vocational Education City; Signed the informed consent form and was willing to provide relevant investigation data and stool specimens. 3. Depressed people: age 18-25 years old; residing in Hong Kong for more than 1 month; Self-rated depression scale score greater than or equal to 53 points; College students studying in Qingyuan Vocational Education City; Signed the informed consent form and was willing to provide relevant investigation data and stool specimens.
