Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntary signing of informed consent form; 2. Elderly patients (>= 65 years old) undergoing spinal surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists Classification) >= Grade IV; 2. Preoperative cognitive impairment; 3. Long term use of psychotropic drugs; 4. Unable to complete assessments for visual, hearing, intellectual disabilities, etc; 5. According to the researchers' judgment, patients who are deemed unsuitable to participate in this trial
