18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged between 18 and 80 years old who have been diagnosed with solid malignant tumors (excluding hematological malignancies) through pathology and have an ECOG physical fitness score of 0-2 points; (2) Meets the indications for radiation therapy, has no contraindications for radiation therapy, and is estimated to have a survival time of over six months; (3) Normal cognitive function, language expression ability or reading ability, able to independently complete the questionnaire involved in the research; (4) The patient and their family members fully understand the test results and sign an informed consent form. (5) Patients who have been prescribed radiation therapy more than 10 times.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Already using prescription stimulants or other drugs or health supplements that have a clear impact on weight changes and anti fatigue effects; (2) The patient has other definite causes that lead to fatigue, nausea and vomiting, anxiety, and rapid weight loss, such as uncontrolled pain, moderate to severe anemia, severe malnutrition, cachexia, etc; (3) Pregnant or lactating women; (4) Patients with poor compliance and expected inability to complete the study as planned.
