Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Elective otorhinolaryngology surgery ;ASA I-II;6-12 years old;6-12 2)The family members of the children were informed and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Have a previous history of anesthesia surgery 2)Recent upper respiratory tract infection 3)SOS-PD excludes preoperative delirium. 4)Children crying and unable to communicate normally 5)Neuropsychiatric history
