Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed, signed and dated informed consent; 2. Promise to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process of research; 3. Confirmed HD by tissue biopsy before surgery and underwent left hemicolectomy or most of the colonectomy; 4. Except for megacolon, there are no other diseases that affect the evaluation of efficacy; 5. Able to adhere to and cooperate with research follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Disagree with the study process and be unable to cooperate with the follow-up; 2. Inability to tolerate general anesthesia, coagulation disorders, previous surgical history, severe abdominal adhesions and intestinal obstruction, etc., which are not suitable for minimally invasive surgery; 3. Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 4. Children who are unable to follow up online or in the outpatient clinic of our hospital for a long time due to their own reasons.
