Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years and above; 2. The medical history is complete and reliable, and the relevant examinations and examinations are complete. 3. Informed consent signed by the patient or his/her legal relative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are in critical condition and unable to cooperate with relevant examinations; 2. Patients whose TCD fails to detect intracranial large vessel blood flow or cannot cooperate with the examination; 3. Patients with unclear or incomplete medical history materials; 4. Patients who are participating in or have participated in other clinical studies within 3 months.
