Anxiety in patients undergoing spinal anaesthesia

Interventions

Binaural Differential Music Group:During the operation, the patient wore noise-canceling headphones (BOSE QC45II.) in both ears and connected to the player to play the binaural difference
Nature Sound Music Group:During the operation, the patient wears headphones in both ears to play ordinary audio
Control group:During the operation, the patient wore headphones in both ears and connected to the player (same as above), but did not play

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective surgical patients who intend to undergo neuraxial anesthesia 2. ASAI.-III 3. Age 18-65 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe sensory organ defects (such as vision or hearing loss) and/or inability to communicate properly 2. Patients with central nervous system or psychological diseases 3. Patients diagnosed with sleep disorders or diseases that affect sleep quality before surgery 4. Head and neck trauma 5. Thyroid dysfunction 6. History of psychiatric illness and/or long-term use of such drugs 7. Oral angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors or angiotensin receptor blockers 8. Patients with renal insufficiency (Scr>177umol/L) and/or need dialysis treatment 9. Pregnant or lactating female patients 10. Participated in other clinical trials as a subject in the past 3 months
