18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the WHO diagnostic criteria for obesity, BMI>30kg/m^2; 2.Patients with respiratory failure caused by various reasons requiring mechanical ventilation; 3.APACHEII score>15 points; 4. Age range: 18-75 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy period; 2.Have used immunosuppressive drugs or cytotoxic drugs within 3 months; 3.Suffering from malignant tumors, blood system diseases, autoimmune diseases, etc; 4.Survival time less than 5 days; 5.Remove patients who automatically give up or are discharged during the research process.
