Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Systemic bone scan and CT or MRI examination confirmed the presence of osteolytic changes in thoracolumbar spine, and postoperative pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of metastatic tumor; (2) Vertebral cortical bone damage was severe (vertebral cortical bone defect =1/3). (3) severe chest, waist and back pain, with or without symptoms of neurological impairment of lower limbs; (4) Patients with Tomita score >5 were not suitable for total spinal resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe cardiac insufficiency and other complications who cannot tolerate surgery; (2) There is infection on the whole body or in the puncture area; (3) sepsis and other patients not suitable for surgery; (4) Patients with slow growth and low malignant degree of primary breast, thyroid, prostate, etc., Tomita score <= 5 points, and patients with metastatic lesion resection (total spinal resection) were given priority; ? Vertebral compression over 70%. ? thoracolumbar metastatic cancer for osseous patients.
